North Bay Children's Center (NBCC) provides a nurturing, educational environment for children from six weeks through eight years old and a full array of support services to families.
Following our developmental philosophy, NBCC's age-appropriate programs include activities and materials that enhance a child's social, emotional, physical and intellectual development. Cooperative play is encouraged in a program designed to nurture creativity and build self-esteem. NBCC provides a safe, secure, and always caring environment that fosters trust and attachment, while encouraging curiosity, exploration, and creativity for children of each age group.
NBCC uses quality standards for early childhood education developed by the California Department of Education (CDE) and Creative Curriculum to develop and evaluate its programs.
