Campus Garden of Eatin'

This week we made "Friendship Salad" in the Preschool classroom. It was a cooperative effort among the children to chop up various fresh fruits and once done, the children shared the bounty.  We read a fun children's book about a tomato and it was such a great experience because the children's chairs were assembled outdoor in the "Bean Room".  The "Bean Room" was created by our gardeners David and Norm who planted green beans in a circular fashion and now tall, they created a beautiful outdoor space which became a small, outdoor classroom space.  Thanks David and Norm!
