The school-age program is designed specifically for schoolÐage children from kindergarten through 12 years old. The program opens at 7am before school and remains open until 6pm after school.
School-age children need a safe, stimulating environment where they can develop in a positive manner. Our qualified staff fosters this development by offering age-appropriate activities that include social, physical, creative and emotional opportunities for growth. NBCC's teacher-to-child ratio of 1:14 ensures that children receive the attention they need and deserve.
Our program consists of opportunities that proÂmote a positive self concept, cooperative peer interÂactions and age appropriate activities that include homework club, woodworking, science, gardening, art and creative expression.
NBCC offers "Camp" days during school holidays, closures and breaks. We follow the Mary Collins at Cherry Valley calendar. Camp days are not included in the monthly tuition cost and have a separate tuition rate.
